Order Questions
If you’re contacting us about an order, please include your order number and the name used when placing your order so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo or short video showing the issue.

Returns & Refunds
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may provide a replacement or refund after reviewing your request. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.
